Sadie Amara Calvano hails from America and is best known as the actress who played Violet Plunkett, in CBS the sitcom Mom. Calvano grew up in California, and initially was attracted to in competitive gymnastics. But, she chose to make a move as an actor. In 2010, she made her debut on screen in an episode from the CBS show 'NCIS.' In the biographical crime drama film J Edgar, she made her debut on the big screen few months later. Through the years, she's proven herself as one of the most promising actors in today's business. In 2011, she received the Young Artist Award nomination for the Best Actress in TV Series, in the role of Guest Actress 11-15. In 2013, her role as a special guest on the comedy series 'Kickin It' was nominated yet again for an award called a Young Artist Award. Calvano was part of the cast of Mom during its initial three seasons, and also appeared at least a few times in the fourth. In 2015, her role in the show "Mom" brought her an award called the Gracie Allen Award as Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star.
